This summer enjoy Roost Winery and Gustav Chop House & Bar in a package that is sure to please.

You will taste some fabulous local cold climate wines at Roots Vineyards coupled with their delicious charcuterie board. The wines, meats and cheeses are matched perfectly. You choose if you are tasting whites, reds or rose wine. The charcuterie board is a great light lunch to accompany the wine tasting. When you see the views of Georgian Bay from this winery you will be in awe.

Located on a picturesque hilltop near Ravenna, Ontario with stunning views of Georgian Bay and only 20 minutes from Craigleith Manor the Roost Vineyard and Winery is a beautiful setting for an afternoon outing.

Craig and I visited Roost for the first time in the summer of 2018. The wines and charcuterie board were fantastic and we knew we had to offer this to our guests as a awesome local experience. The views of Georgian Bay from the winery are spectacular. Take a free winery tour daily at 12:30pm! After you taste the wines you can buy some to take back to the B&B – maybe some wine will even make it home with you!

For dinner we will reserve your table at Gustav Chophouse & Bar to provide you with a delicious dinner from their menu of steak, seafood, chicken, ribs, pasta – yes, they have vegetarian and gluten free options too! Craig and I dine here frequently and Chef Jeffrey and his team never disappoint. This restaurant is only 5 minutes from the B&B.

This package starts at $359.95 + HST per couple for a 1-night stay in Birch Suite using Sunday thru Thursday room rates. Room rates slightly higher on the weekends. Reserve single night stays any Sunday thru Thursday. Weekends require a minimum 2-night stay. Check your preferred dates online or call us toll free at 1-844-412-1170.

Totally satisfied Was looking for accommodation near Collingwood but did not particularly want to stay in downtown Collingwood, happened to notice Craigleith Manor Bed and Breakfast on iPad map. Checked website. Location was perfect, room was comfortable, breakfast was delicious and Guy’s hospitality and attention to detail were outstanding.

This is the Best of the Best!!!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at Craigleith Manor!!!!! Beautiful, comfortable, well stocked rooms, quiet location, just minutes from Scandinave Spa. Breakfasts are over the top in variety, quality and service. A menu is given to you to choose your preferences. You won't find more gracious and accommodating hosts anywhere!!!! They will book reservations for you at near-by restaurants for dinners. We are looking forward to our next stay soon. This is the best of the best!!!!!

Great spot for a getaway Very comfortable room and surroundings. Guy was a wonderful host and his breakfast was excellent. He did tease us with some great burgers he BBQ’d one night before we went out for dinner - maybe consider adding dinner to your B&B! Look forward to staying there again. Cheers Melanie & Don.

A Great B & B This B & B is immaculate in every way. The rooms are well appointed, clean and the view from the rooms with balcony is very nice. The main floor is a great place to relax after an active day in the area. Guy's breakfasts are amazing with plenty of choice and regardless of one's choices, the results are excellent. There is plenty to do in the area and the extras offered by this B & B, such as golf vouchers or dinner vouchers are well worth it. We have had a very positive experience both times we have stayed here.

An amazing place to stay in the Collingwood area. We just returned from another stay at Craigleith Manor Bed and Breakfast in Collingwood Ontario. The accommodations were immaculate, atmoshpere was relaxing. Breakfasts each morning are amazing. Our hosts were the best!

Authentic Accommodation We very much enjoyed our stay at the Craigleith Manor Bed & Breakfast .The host Guy Laporte was very friendly & very welcoming . He was very knowledgeable about the Collingwood area . There was a great selection of well prepared breakfast meals. The room was very well decorated and the bed was spacious as well as being very comfortable . Their property backed onto the Georgian Trail which was a good access point to many of the other trails .

Best B&B experience!! Amazing find! Our 2 night stay (part of our baby moon) in June was quiet and relaxing! Guy (one of the owners) welcomed us, did a quick walkthrough, and gave us an overview of what to expect. Everything exceeded our expectations. The Mountain suite is tastefully furnished and the living spaces are really well decorated. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Guy gives plenty of options to choose from and is a pleasure to talk to. We especially loved the omelettes, breakfast sandwich, and eggs Benedict. This is not just another business, but a place where you feel truly welcome and an experience which exceeds expectations. Place is located very near to Blue Mountains and Collingwood. Thanks Guy, Craig and Rufus for a wonderful stay! As promised we will definitely revisit before our kid goes to college (wink!!) - Himanshu & Niharika

Our best B&B experience yet This was the best B&B we've ever stayed at. Guy and Craig's attention to detail was impeccable. The rooms are new, clean and the bed comfy. We want to buy the towels they have, so soft, yet not too thick. Breakfast was delicious and served to our choosing. And Guy's recommendations for how to spend our days hit the spot. Romantic Getaway What a fabulous find! The B & B is absolutely beautiful! Guy and Craig have really done an amazing job at thinking of every possible thing to make this stay perfect! We enjoyed our suite [Mountain Suite] very much the room was beautifully decorated, the bed very comfy, beautiful linens, towels and comfortable furnishings. We were made to feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We were given a tour, invited to make ourselves comfortable in both indoor and outdoor spaces. Stocked fridge in pantry for guests, coffee and tea on demand. The property had direct access to the Georgian Trail and we brought our bicycles and set off for the day with a yummy picnic backpack lunch made by Guy. The highlight was our breakfasts .made to order from a selection each day from a menu by Guy, the chef in residence delicious! We chose this B & B for our 30th anniversary getaway and we were so pleased! It was a perfect weekend. Thank you so much!

Peaceful and relaxing The Manor was so quiet and relaxing. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. No neck or back pain in the morning. Breakfast was very good. You got to choose each night from the menu and at what time you wanted. Would definitely go again. Guy and Craig have a lovely home to share.

Beautiful and Clean My partner and I stayed at Craigleith Manor at the end of April during the rainy weekend, but nothing about our stay was gloomy. Upon arrival Guy had welcomed us, did a walkthrough of the space, and gave us a run down on what to expect. A great feature to the property is that it backs onto the Georgian trail. We had a great time walking the path, watching the horses and birds, and taking in the views of the Blue Mountain. The best thing about our stay were the breakfasts! Guy is a chef in the kitchen, and whips up a great omelette (the brie and bacon one is to die for!) If you are looking for other good eats, their property is located a short (8-10 min) distant from other great eats and to the downtown core. Lovely stay at Craigleith Manor! We booked for 2 nights at Craigleigth Manor and we loved it! Guy (one of the owner) was very welcoming as soon as we entered the Manor. We tour the Manor and he made us feel at ease. The Manor is conveniently located few minutes from the Scandinave spa and easily accessible by car to Collingwood. We loved that few steps from the Manor, you can take a stroll on the trail just behind. The room and the main floor with the kitchen and living room was clean and nicely decorated. We particularly appreciated access to the fridge to keep our lunch for our next day hike and the possibility to make tea before going to bed. The bed was very comfortable. All amenities were available like in a hotel, I particularly appreciated having a blow drier in the room. Breakfast were amazing and Guy

A Great Experience at Craigleith Manor Craigleith Manor did not disappoint. In fact, Everything exceeded our expectations. The home is beautifully decorated in a comfortable casual manner as well as spotlessly clean. Upon arrival, our host, Guy, gave us a tour of the main floor where we were invited to use the space as our own. We happily spent time in the sitting area overlooking the back yard enjoying coffee we made for ourselves at the coffee and tea station available to visitors. We also relaxed in the very comfortable living room where we enjoyed a glass of wine with other guests one evening after dinner. We stayed in the Forest room which had a comfortable bed, a large closet with complimentary robes and a private bathroom with the softest towels I have ever used. An Exceptional Experience! My family treated me to a 60th birthday celebration at Craigleith Manor and it was exceptional! It was conveniently located close to the Scandinave Spa, Georgian Hills Vineyard, downtown Collingwood, and many fine restaurants, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed. The venue was clean, quiet, and boasted high quality towels and linens. The breakfast choices were numerous and deliciously prepared. Guy, the B&B owner and host, was incredibly intuitive to our every need, and frequently went above and beyond to provide the best experience possible. I would highly recommend Craigleith Manor for your next getaway.

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE! We had such an incredible stay at Craigleith Manor Bed and Breakfast for my bachelorette party, that I immediately booked a second stay to celebrate my mother’s surprise 60th birthday only a few months later. Guy and Craig’s sincere thoughtfulness, meticulous attention to detail, and graciousness towards our many unusual (and ever-changing) requests made for two extraordinary experiences that we will never forget. We cannot recommend a better bed and breakfast, as both our stays were beyond comfortable, the breakfast options were delicious, and our hosts went above and beyond to accommodate us to ensure we felt right at home. We highly recommend Craigleith Manor to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience with friends or family!

Impeccable It was such a pleasant stay from the day we arrived. We were extremely impressed how clean the house was, everything from the floor up to the ceilings, the living space and the room was spotless. Guy greeted my fiancé and I as soon as we arrived. Guy was very welcoming and showed us around his beautiful home. Although an email is sent to you for places to eat prior to your stay, Guy is so informative, very passionate and he was very helpful with anything you needed to know about the area. We stayed in the forest suite which was the perfect size for the two of us, the balcony view of the tress and the blue mountain behind was refreshing and the heated floors in the bathroom were a bonus! Craigleith Manor provides a warm and welcoming environment and a spotless, elaborate and tastefully decorated home where every detail has been well thought out to provide you with a luxurious experience. The perfect escape can not be anymore pleased with the experience This is by far the best bed and breakfast I've ever stayed in the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. the home was beautiful and spacious (and always smelled like fresh bread lol). breakfast is mind-blowing everything is made fresh Daily just like your grandmother used to make only better. And to top it all off it's only a few minutes drive from some of the most popular tourist destinations ( the Scandinavian spa is TOO DIE FOR ). 100% recommend to anyone who needs to escape and enjoy the beauty and hospitality of the blue mountains will definitely be staying here again.

You’ve gotta stay here! Wow just wow. From the cleanliness to the personal touches and attentiveness of the hosts. This place was beautiful, elegant, comfortable and just perfect.
