Breakfast is a Big Deal

We put the Breakfast in B&B every time. Here's how Craigleith Manor co-owner Guy describes it:

A full hot breakfast is included with every stay. Our menu changes daily, offers a wide variety of options, and is designed with health-conscious, active guests in mind. We love choices, we aren’t afraid of restrictions, and we aim to offer you an exceptional, customized taste experience every morning.

When you check in to the manor you will receive your personal menu for the next day. You choose what you want to eat and when. Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 09:30 in the dining room at private tables for each room, or if you choose, on the outdoor main floor decks during warm weather.

As you gear up for a day of cycling, hiking, skiing, running, touring or lounging (yes, lounging burns energy, too), your hosts will ensure you receive the energy required to fuel your action-packed day.

Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 09:30 in the dining room or, weather permitting, on the outdoor main floor decks. You can choose from a selection of breakfast beverages, starters, and entrees featuring homemade gluten-free granola, jams, juices, coffee, and a long list of herbal and other teas. The breakfast menu features three unique omelets daily! 

For the bacon and eggers, you can always have them done any way you like! There is something for everyone. Our full-service breakfasts are made to order with the freshest local ingredients that we can source.

Coffee is king. We serve only Kicking Horse organic fair-trade coffee roasted in British Columbia. Our preferred blend is Three Sisters. The coffee pot never goes empty. You keep drinking it, and we’ll keep making it. We also serve French press Kicking Horse decaf coffee.

We take great care in how our breakfasts are put together to cater to the dietary needs of our guests.

When you make a reservation with us, be sure and tell us if you have any special dietary requirements. That way, we can make your breakfast experience awesome.
