About Your Stay
They say that Comfort is Key. At Craigleith Manor Bed & Breakfast, this is much more than an expression, it's our guiding philosophy. We've designed every aspect of your bed and breakfast experience with your comfort in mind, and from the moment you drive up to the artfully landscaped property, you'll begin to feel your shoulders relax. Here's a preview of what you can expect at Collingwood's most awarded place to stay.
Living Spaces
The heart of the home, the main floor living room, is for guest use and captures that rare combination of style and comfort. Thoughtfully curated with roomy furniture and modern décor, its down-to-earth, hospitable warmth will draw you in. Read a book or listen to quiet jazz by day, enjoy a candle-lit glass of wine by the fire, or just put your feet up and take in the forest and mountain views that surround you. And nestled in the bay window just off the living room, a cozy nook with an exquisite garden view invites you to settle into oversized armchairs with a coffee, a newspaper, a glass of wine, and a friend.
The Butler's Pantry
The main floor butler's pantry is for guest use any time of day or night. Store your drinks and supplies in the full-size guest fridge and help yourself to our local award-winning water or premium organic teas and coffees at the self-serve beverage station. Make yourself at home!
Indoor Dining
Your freshly prepared breakfast is served in the dining room, updated with a polished, contemporary décor. Select a private table for two, or if you're traveling with friends or family, we'll set up a larger table for you. If you don't feel like going out, our dining room is available for lunch and dinner: we have all the dishware and utensils you'll need for your pre-packed picnics or takeout meals. And if you're looking to host a private dinner for a special occasion, we can even bring in a personal chef to cater for you. Visit Concierge Services.
Outdoor Dining and Lounging
In the summer or fall, enjoy your gourmet breakfast out on the back deck, expanded and renovated in 2020 while the world was isolating at home. The sleek glass railings of our back deck offer unobstructed forest and garden views, and the multi-level deck features private dining tables, comfortable lounge spaces, umbrellas for summer shade, and a cozy fire table and blankets for cooler temperatures. And while you're out, stroll through our magnificent 750 square-foot bee and butterfly-friendly wildflower gardens, edging along the front of the property.
Guest Suites
Our guest suites, all on the second floor of the Manor, share four features in common: they all bring the beauty of the outdoor landscape inside, they occupy the original spaces of the home's three bedrooms, they have modern ensuites with best-in-class amenities and are designed for your comfort, privacy and quality of rest. But they are also as unique as they are different: each has been artfully decorated with a distinctly soothing colour palette, stylish interiors and unique furnishings, accents and accessories.

The Water
Our B&B is supplied with award-winning drinking water . Yes, we said award-winning. While the B&B is actually in Collingwood, we get our tap water from the town of Blue Mountains. It's terrific drinking water, and you'll find a fresh carafe in your guest room with unlimited refills of fresh cold water during your stay.
