How do I get guaranteed weekend access to Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain if they are fully booked?

As a Preferred Accommodation Partner, you get guaranteed access to the Scandinave Spa’s Thermal Journey with spa packages from Craigleith Manor Boutique Bed and Breakfast. When you reserve with us in advance, we will secure your reserved entry even on busy Saturdays when the spa is sold out. We pre-buy these weekend reservations long in advance for our guests. Book as soon as you can with us – even we sell out!

How do I get guaranteed access to massages at Scandinave Spa?

When you reserve a Spa Massage Package we will discuss your preferred day and time for your massage. As a Preferred Accommodation Partner of the Spa we have an inside track on all availability. However, massages sell out well in advance at the Spa. For weekends, the limited number of massage timeslots sell out months in advance. Mid-week massages are easier to schedule. If you are flexible on the timing of your massage that can be helpful in getting you a spot. They key is to book with us as soon as you can letting us know your wishes.

Can I reserve Spa access through the Craigleith Manor if I am not staying with you?

No. You can book direct with the spa by calling them at 1-877-988-8484.

Can I order flowers or chocolates to be waiting in my room when I arrive?

Yes. During the online process of reserving with us you can select any number of add-on items to be placed in your suite prior to your check-in.

What types of local activities and experiences can you arrange?

We offer seasonal packages built through direct partnerships with premier local tourism operators. Our experiences feature local wineries and cideries, golf, the nearby Scandinave Spa, bicycle rentals, canoe and kayak rentals and more. Check our website under Packages for the most current packages available for your preferred dates. If you want a helicopter ride – just ask!

Do I pay more when I book Scandinave Spa or other packages through you?

No. We do all the legwork of arranging your package details at no cost to you. You pay us the same price as if you took the time to book it yourself. Let us do the dirty work for you. We will consult with you on your itinerary and build you a great stay-and-play experience.

Are there multi-night stay discounts available for bookings?

Yes. To learn about discounts in effect for your preferred dates just add your arrival and departure dates into our reservation system on this website. Any special pricing will be shown to you. There are multi night stays for 3+ nights available throughout the year. If there is a sale or special rate you will see it.

Can we book a private, catered dinner at the B&B for a special occasion?

Yes. If you are traveling with friends or family and wish to host a private dinner party, we can arrange for a professional personal chef to cater a meal directly in our private guest dining room. Please contact us directly during your reservation process to coordinate menus and schedules.

Prices start at $250 per person for a 5-course private chef experience.

Can we book more than one package or activity during our stay?

Yes. We have many guests who enjoy the spa, go e-bike riding, wine tasting, kayaking, golf – any combination can work. You only pay for your guest room once. You can add as many other activities as you wish during your stay. You don’t need to be checked in to the B&B to do any of the package activities. We can schedule some of them even before or after you check in or check out. We’re master’s at creating the perfect itinerary – let us help.

What is included with your packages?

Every package includes a guest room stay with private ensuite and a full hot breakfast daily plus the activity on the package(s) that you select. We will create your itinerary for your B&B stay and make all necessary reservations for your package activity. We will discuss the timing of all activities with you to make sure it fits with what you want and when you want to play. Stay and play!

Why can’t I find a link to your Guest App that is mentioned on your website?

Our Guest App is only available to registered guests of Craigleith Manor. Once you have made a reservation with us you are provided with private access to the app. You don’t need to download anything, simply ‘click’ on the link that we provide using your cell phone, tablet or desktop. You will instantly have access to an amazing, curated list of the Best-of-the-Best restaurants, nightlife, trails, shopping, spas and things to do.
