Craigleith Manor B&B celebrated its first full year of operations in 2015. Craig and I relocated from Toronto to Collingwood and purchased and renovated the stately home at 9 Craigleith Court in Collingwood in the fall of 2014. The majestic 3,800-square-foot custom home was built in 1985 as a three-bedroom family residence. Built on three levels, it was ideally suited to creating both an exceptional boutique retreat and our private living space. With a little creative thinking and some professional and innovative interior design, Craigleith Manor Bed & Breakfast was born.
In the 10 years since opening the B&B we have greeted over 4,000 guests. Partnering with some of Collingwood’s most significant tourism destinations and tour operators our bed and breakfast offers one-stop shopping for local activities in any season of the year.
We simply could not be as successful as we are without the valued partnerships of like-minded tourism businesses in the Collingwood/Blue Mountains region. Our guest experiences are truly remarkable with local outdoor activities, spa relaxation and the many great dining options in our region.
We are truly happy that we chose Collingwood to locate our bed and breakfast business. We looked at several other communities in Ontario, but Collingwood felt like home to us. We love it here and it is easy to see why people are so happy living and visiting this community.
On October 23 we welcomed Collingwood Mayor Yvonne Hamlin and several Council Members where we were presented with a plaque from the town. Many thanks to the town for continued support of small business.
